Judas

I just watched Lady Gaga's new music video for 'Judas'. In my opinion, it wasn't the best (Bad Romance is still my favorite), but it was definitely better than the music video for 'Born This Way' (once again, in my opinion).

So,  I think the video is about Gaga, who's with "Jesus" (I notice they never show his name, but they show Judas' and Peter's names on their jackets), but she's in love with Judas.

So, the way I interpreted the video, Lady Gaga is suppose to be like the virgin Mary here. She's wearing the whole blue outfit, and she has that heart symbol on the front. This shows that she's on "Jesus'" side, which Lady Gaga says she is at the end of the song. "I wanna love you/But something's pulling me away from you/Jesus is my virtue/Judas is the demon I cling to."

 Her love for Judas, or her inner demon, or Norman Reedus, is shown when she tries to kill him, but can't. So I'm thinking this song is about Lady Gaga being conflicted between her faith and her inner demon.

Mint Cream by e.l.f. I'm not a fan of e.l.f nail polish, because of it's low quality. But they're only $1, so I can't help myself. This color isn't too bad, just a pain to put on.

Hello friends,

I apologize for my horrible habit of not writing on my blog. Even though I'm sure no one reads this stuff (so that means I'm talking to imaginary friends), I still want to write and blab my mind. I feel it helps, and when I'm old I can look back and remember all the fun I had...or be incredibly disappointed at how I wasted my youth.

ANYWAYS. A while ago I painted my nails with Gold Rose Multi Dimensions number 11.

I like the color, but my sister says it looks like a poopy cooper color. So, I guess I just have bad taste. I should try to use it as a topcoat instead.

I went to go see Rango today with Brigitte and Kellie. I wore my mother's new shoes

The movie was okay. The story was a little weird, and I felt it kept hopping from place to place. However, the character designs and environment were really creative and nice to look at.

On a different note, today I also got five new nail polishes.

Don't Panic

Last Saturday I hung out with my friends: Lizette, Sarah, and Wilmer, and we went to Panera's for lunch. I got to watch Lizette slice Wilmer's apple with a plastic knife, so that was interesting. After lunch and shopping, we went back to Sarah's house to make crepes.

Wilmer did most of the cooking, haha.

Yesterday I attended a job fair at Forever 21. I knew I was going to be up against a lot of girls (and boys), so I painted my nails black and lavender to, hopefully, stand out.
